What you will do

  • Take clients from signed contract through implementation to go-live
  • Run a portfolio of accounts, holding integration reviews, quarterly business reviews and occasional onsite meetings
  • Work with customer success engineers, support and product managers on bugs, implementation issues and feature requests
  • Track account health, handle escalations and drive renewals with executives, daily contacts and procurement
