  • Drive adoption by mapping customer use cases and running executive business reviews and success plans
  • Educate users on new features, platform workflows and beta or design partnership programs
  • Watch account health, prepare renewal quotes and work to reduce churn risk
  • Spot expansion opportunities with Sales and help arrange references or case studies
